Protocol Entry Criteria: Alcohol or Drug Dependence Inclusion Criteria: - Outpatient Drug-Free or Opiate Substitute program. Interested in quitting smoking Exclusion Criteria: - Psychotic. - Smokeless tobacco - Other Cessasation product - Pregnant - Hyper-tension - Heart problems - Skin condition
