Study Type: Interventional, Treatment, Non-Randomized, Open Label, Uncontrolled, Parallel Assignment, Safety/Efficacy Study
Minimum Age/Maximum Age: 18 Years/
Genders: Both
Protocol Entry Criteria: Inclusion Criteria - Subjects with histologically documented recurrent or progressive NSCLC, which is either EGFR-positive or EGFR-negative by IHC (may be based on archival samples) and is metastatic - Subjects who have received one or more prior chemotherapy regimens including at least one platinum-based combination - Uni-dimensionally measurable NSCLC Exclusion Criteria - Prior major thoracic or abdominal surgery within 30 days prior to first dose of cetuximab - Prior anti-epidermal growth factor receptor antibody therapy, tyrosine kinase inhibitor, or prior chimerized or murine monoclonal antibody therapy - Prior chemotherapy within 30 days of study entry or prior radiation therapy within 3 weeks prior to first dose of cetuximab
