Synopsis: To determine the progression-free survival obtained with cetuximab (C225)/paclitaxel/carboplatin in subjects with newly diagnosed advanced stage ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer

Study Type: Interventional, Treatment, Non-Randomized, Open Label, Uncontrolled, Single Group Assignment, Safety/Efficacy Study
Minimum Age/Maximum Age: 18 Years/
Genders: Female
Protocol Entry Criteria: Inclusion Criteria - Subject with histologically documented ovarian, peritoneal or fallopian tube cancer, Stage III or IV following initial surgery, which is EGFR-positive by IHC (may be based on archival samples) and is metastatic - Prior appropriate surgery for ovarian, peritoneal or fallopian tube cancer - Subjects must be entered no more than 12 weeks postoperatively Exclusion Criteria - Subjects with current diagnosis of epithelial ovarian tumor of low malignant potential (borderline carcinomas) who have received prior radiotherapy to any portion of the abdominal cavity or pelvis - Prior history of therapy which targets the EGFR pathway or prior history of chimerized or murine monoclonal antibody therapy - Subjects who have received prior chemotherapy for any abdominal or pelvic tumor
